The gym was almost silent when she arrived just the hum of fluorescent lights overhead and the faint thud of a treadmill being abandoned in the corner. Most of the members had filtered out already, leaving the cavernous room heavy with the scent of metal, rubber mats, and faint traces of sweat. It was late. Too late, really, for a training session. But he had told her to come then, and there was no part of her that would have dared to refuse.

Kim Taehyung stood at the far end of the weight racks, arms folded across his chest, eyes watching as though he had been waiting not just minutes, but all day. There was something about his presence commanding, too sharp for someone so effortlessly beautiful that made the space around him feel tighter, more controlled.
